Medical marijuana is legal in New Hampshire and was signed into law on July 23rd, 2013. The Department of Health and Human Services Therapeutic Cannabis Program is responsible for administering medical marijuana for New Hampshire residents. A list of qualifying conditions can be found here.
To apply for the New Hampshire Medical Marijuana Registry Identification card click here. Applications can be mailed or handed in along with $50 payment, proper I.D., written certification form from a physician and a passport-like digital photo. The application process can take up to 20 days after receiving your application.
