Medical marijuana in Minnesota is legal and medical cannabis can be legally obtained by residents  in vapor, oils, pills or liquids, but it cannot be obtained in dried flower form or buds. There are no requirements for concentration of THC or CBD.

Patients must have one of these qualifying conditions, get certified by a licensed physician who certifies you electronically at the Minnesota Department of Health, then the patient completes the registration process online at the Medical Cannabis Registry after receiving approval notification.

There are only eight Cannabis Patient Centers in Minnesota where medical cannabis can be dispensed to patients.
